When I analyzed Tantra in India for two years, I had been Notably motivated by the idea of sacred sexuality. It’s an old idea that’s lost on many Westerners. I especially enjoyed the idea of coming a woman’s body– especially her vagina–with an awareness of worship.
The vagina is called yoni at Sanskrit and loosely translates to “a sacred space.” In Tantra doctrine, we approach the vagina from a host to the most love and respect. yoni massage therapy can be a practice designed to truly honor a girl, to give her real pleasure, and to learn more about the sacred side of the spirituality.
This isn’t about having one orgasm. It is all about trying to Feel more and more pleasure that will act like waves of multiple climaxes throughout the message. This is done alone or achieved by a partner, either individually or as foreplay to lovemaking.

1. Place the scene.

Breathwork is a critical element in any Tantra practice. The one We’ll use this is known as Bliss Breath. Constrict that the back of one’s throat, inhale and hear that a whispering noise, then exhale and discharge that sound again. Continue to take deep, slow, and perceptible breaths.

3. Warm up.
